Egg salad with olives and cornichons


Hard-boiled eggs 4 pcs., Olives 10-15 pcs., White onion 0,5 small onion, parsley, gherkins 5-6 pcs., 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I ran the sour cream with the lemon juice and mustard), salt, black pepper

Olives cut into circles.
Eggs, onion, finely chopped gherkins.
For the filling mix the sour cream with mustard and cornichons.
In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients and dressing.
Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste.
You can eat at once, but you can give it brew for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator, the taste will be different.
