Warm salad burger


Garlic — 1 tooth.
Black pepper
Mustard — 1 tsp (Preferably French)
Apple vinegar, or wine — 1-2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil — 6 tablespoons
Eggs — 1-2 pieces.

Hamburger buns — 1 pc. (I have a piece of baguette)
Red Onion — 1 pc.
Lettuce leaf — 2 handfuls.
Pickled cucumber — 1 piece. (I used fresh)
Cherry tomatoes — 5 pcs. (I usually tomatoes)
Minced meat — 100 grams (I use more)


1) Prepare the sauce. In a small jar to pour the vinegar, add a pinch of salt and shake the contents well, closing the jar. Then add the butter and mustard. Number of mustard should be adjusted to your liking. Close the jar and shake until smooth. The taste of the sauce should not be sour, says Lara, but I still sour, so I added to it honey. Wheeze, of course, but it turned out tasty))
The sauce can be kept closed in the refrigerator for several days.

2) Prepare the meatballs. Heat oven to 190-200 °. The beef (preferably beef), add salt and spices, beat it well. Sformovat small meatballs, put them into a mold and bake until cooked (about 15 minutes).

3) During this time, cut the bread or muffin cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the crushed clove of garlic, then remove the garlic. In garlic butter fry the bread until golden brown.

4) Boiled eggs peel and cut into slices. I forgot to buy eggs, so cook without them, and it was delicious! )))
Tomato, cucumber and onion slice. I used 2 small tomatoes, cucumber half long and half a medium onion.
Lettuce wash and dry.

5) At the dish put lettuce. Top with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, eggs.

6) Just before serving the salad out onto the hot meatballs, add the fried bread.
