Banana dessert


200 gr. cookies «to tea» (baked milk)
50-80 gr. butter
400 ml. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
-5 Item. sugar spoon
3-4 tablespoons. tablespoons cocoa
10 gr. gelatin
5-6 bananas


Cookies in blendere chop, add the melted butter. Stir, and lay a dense layer on the bottom of the form. This is the basis of our dessert. Then you need to pour the gelatin water (4 tablespoons of water for 15 minutes). Mix the sour cream and 2-3 tbsp. spoons of sugar. 2st.lozhki sugar + cocoa + milk to boil over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix the cooked chocolate mass with sour cream. Take gelatin and cook it for 1-2 minutes and pour it to the sour cream and the chocolate souffle. Bananas are cleaned and put on our previously prepared foundation. Pour banana souffle. Put in the refrigerator overnight. I recommend first to grease the form of vegetable oil or cooking in a split form. In the morning remove and put on a plate and garnish.
