Cake «Prague»


0.5 st.sahara
2 eggs
200 gr.smetany (15-20%)
1/2 cans of condensed milk
50 gr.temnogo chocolate (75% cocoa (I took «Babaev Suite» or «Babaevky Elite»))
3 st.l.kakao
1 st.muki baking powder, vanilla


Beat eggs and sugar in the foam, adding sour cream, condensed milk, a water bath melted chocolate and cocoa. Another whip again. Flour, razrahlitel and vanilla mix, sift. 1/2 st.kipyatka (hot or boiling water) brandy (optional)
Stir all ingredients are dissolved.
