Cheesecake with cherries


flour (base) — 200 g
butter (base) — 100 g
dairy creamer (base + stuffing) — 1 tbsp. l. + 150 ml
sugar (base + stuffing) — 1 tbsp. l. 150 g
salt (base) — a pinch
Cherry (stuffing) — 200 g
cheese (stuffing) — 200 g
chicken eggs (base + stuffing) — 1 pc. + 2 pcs.
vanillin (stuffing) — 1 package
starch (filling) — 1 tbsp


1. In a bowl, whisk whisk 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. l. cream.
2. Add melted butter and whisk again.
3. Enter the flour and knead a soft elastic dough.
4. Spread the dough on a greased form (diameter 24 cm), making bumpers. Remove form the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Prepare the filling. In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, starch and whisk until smooth.
6. Rinse cherries, remove the seeds and discard in a colander to glass excess fluid.
7. Take out the form with the dough and pour the filling, smooth.
8. stuffing stick cherries. Remove the cake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 45-55 minutes.
9. Ready cake to cool completely. Very tasty eat cake with tea or a cold compote.
