Chocolate dessert with orange marmalade

Chocolate dessert with orange marmalade

• Dark chocolate (I was 72%) — 200 g
• Eggs — 3 pcs
• Butter — 170 g
• Sugar — 100 g
• Flour — 60 g
• rum (brandy or balm) — 50 ml (can be excluded)
• Jam (Orange) — 100 g

1. Jam decomposed into small molds for ice, sweets or, like me, in a plastic form of a quail egg. And put into the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, it can be more, because my jam to icicles and not frozen.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave 1-2min. or more, depending on the power.

3. When the butter and chocolate are attached, gently, stirring constantly so as not to exfoliate the chocolate, pour rum. (Or skip this step)

4. Beat the eggs with sugar until foaming, better hand whisk, because here need «soft» foam. During this time, just a little to cool the chocolate mass. Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate mass, stirring all the time.

5. Sift the flour into the resulting mixture. Mix well.

6. Portion molds very well greased and floured. I had silicone molds, can and should not have been a generous hand to smear and rub, but I was afraid to take risks

7. Pour the chocolate batter on the molds, approximately 2/3 (I got 8 pc. Silicone molds) and then get a frozen cube jam (at me it is not very cold, and I helped myself to get him a teaspoon). Drown the cube in each mold. Put the form in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.

8. In the morning warm up the oven to 190 degrees. Remove from the freezer with frozen shapes cakes and directly put in the oven for 15-18 minutes. The time depends on your oven and on how much liquid you want to midway.

9. Slightly cool, get the fondant from the molds and can immediately bring to the table, and enjoy its divine taste !!!

Bon Appetit!
