Clafoutis with plums

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Plum — 500g
Chicken Eggs — 4 pcs.
Milk — 360 ml
Sugar — 60 g
Flour — 60 g
Vanilla Extract — 5 ml
Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
Preheat oven to 160ᵒ S. Wash plums, separate the seeds, wipe kitchen towel. Cut the slices and place in a baking dish. 2. The form must be whole, in any case, not detachable.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk. You can use milk instead of heavy cream, but then it will be much fatter.
4. Add the sugar, flour, and vanilla. The amount of sugar depends on your berries if the berry is not enough sweet, you can add sugar anymore.
5. Continue to whisk whisk until smooth.
6. Pour the mix plums and bake for 1-1.5 hours before until browned until golden brown.
7. Clafoutis with plums ready.
