Coconut cake without baking

Ingredients:
Biscuits type sweet crackers (somewhere around 300g)
150 g of coconut
1 package of vanilla sugar
½ liter of milk
200 gr. sliv.masla
¾ Art. Sahara

2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons wheat flour
2st.l. with the top of potato starch
Preparation:
1. Beat yolks with ½ cup sugar. Add the flour, starch and ½ st. milk again beat with a mixer.
2. The remaining milk bring to a boil with the remaining sugar over low heat, add the cooked mass and simmer until the liquid will not get the consistency of pudding. Remove from heat, add coconut and vanilla sugar. Cool.
3. Beat the butter with a mixer, gradually add the cooled mass. At the bottom of a circular shape to put crackers and cover them with 1/3 weight. Then lay out the layers one by one biscuit and creamy mass (the last layer of cream).
4. Garnish as desired and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. I’m on top — colored coconut, sides — pounded biscuits.
Very good cake turned out.
