Cottage cheese casserole

300 g of cottage cheese
2 eggs
300 g flour
10 g of vanilla sugar
150 g of sugar
A pinch of baking powder
100 g of fresh raspberries
5 sprigs of mint
150 g butter

1. Frozen butter, grate, add flour and mix well by hand, to get the baby.
2. Pour baking powder and sugar. All again mix well and place in a baking dish first layer.
3. Cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla sugar mix and put the second layer.
4. The third layer again put a crumb of butter and flour.
5. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °.
6. The finished pudding decorate with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
