Cranberry Sauce

1 cup cranberries, 1 tablespoon Sahara. 0.5 tsp ground coriander, cinnamon, 1 tbsp fresh ginger, 1 tbsp orange juice (fresh), freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste.

In a blender grind the cranberries to the state of slurry. Add the sugar, grated ginger, freshly squeezed orange juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
I buy fresh-frozen cranberries, once all is crushed blender, laid out in a freezer for small containers, as needed to get, add sugar to taste, and it is used in this form of tea, do more juice out of it for children or the sauce to the meat.
