Energy Smoothies of mandarins

tangerines 2 pcs.
bananas 1 pc.
1 cup milk
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp honey
vanillin

PREPARATION:
Banana peel, cut into pieces small size, put on 20 minutes in the freezer. Tangerines wash and clean. Put the pulp in a blender, whisk together with a frozen banana, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla for 30 seconds. Energy smoothies mandarin pour into glasses and garnish with peeled mandarin.
