Grape Chutney

For the sauce you will need:

-vinograd white and red 3 cups
-sahar 0.5 stack.
-water 0.5 stack.
-tsedra one lemon

-sok lemon 3 tbsp
-perets chilli 1 piece.
1 tablespoon fresh -imbir
0.5 tsp dry -gorchitsa
-oregano 0.5 tsp
1 tablespoon vegetable butyric
-tmin 0.5 tsp
-hydrochloric 0.5 tsp

Grapes washed and cut in half, removing the grain.
In a pan pour oil, put pepper, oregano, grated ginger, mustard, cumin, all warm over medium heat for about a minute, stirring constantly.
Then, add the grapes, salt, sugar, zest and lemon juice, add water.
Boil over high heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Water must vaporize about half. It receives an average density of the sauce.
