Kebab with eggplant


Eggplant — 6 pcs.
Tomatoes — 2 pcs.
Minced mutton or beef — 500 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Garlic — 5 cloves.
Soda — 1/3 tsp
Ground red pepper — 1 tsp
Black pepper — 1/2 tsp
Salt — to taste.
Cooking method

Step 1 In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, black pepper, red pepper, baking soda and salt.
Step 2 Quit stuffing foil and let it rest for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 3 is formed of small minced meat balls, about the size of a walnut.
Step 4 Cut the eggplant rings.
Step 5 Place the eggplant in a circular shape and meatballs one by one, as in the photo. Top with slices of tomato.
Step 6 Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the aubergine kebab 45 minutes, until tender eggplant.
