Pea soup with smoked products

2 medium onions
1 medium carrot
2 small potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
300 g smoked bacon or bacon
1.5 liters of water
1/2 cup of canned green peas
1-2 bay leaves
fresh dill and parsley
5-6 slices of loaf

1. Onions, carrots and potatoes are washed and peeled. Onions chop, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, a potato cut into cubes with a side of 1,5-2 cm.

5. In a saucepan of boiling water, put the bacon stewed with vegetables, add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the canned peas, along with juice, salt, bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
