Pork with vegetables, stewed in cream


400 g pork tenderloin
300 grams of mushrooms
100 g of pepper
100 g of tomato
150 ml. cream (medium fat)
Salt, black and white pepper — to taste
Olive oil


1. Pork cut into small cubes (centimeter per centimeter). Heat the pan, pour into it 50 ml. olive oil and lay out here is our meat. Seasoned with salt and pepper and roast for 15 minutes.
2. While preparing the pork, cut vegetables: tomatoes — diced bell pepper — julienne, mushrooms — large pieces. We send everything to the pan to the meat, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, do not forget to stir.
