Preparation of lemon jelly

Lemon — 2 pcs,
Water — 0.5 l,
Sugar — 100 g,
Gelatin — 15 g
Whipped cream — 1 cup.

1 Lemon cleared from the top of a thin layer of the skin, filled with water, boiled and filtered.
2 Gelatin put into the water until it swells. The amount of liquid to add sugar and boil, then add to the gelatin and, together with the lemon juice.
3 Second lemon cut into slices, filled with the same fluid and placed in the refrigerator. As a side dish goes with whipped cream and sugar, as well as from the second grated zest of lemon.
