Quick chocolate pudding


Sugar 0.5 cups, cocoa powder 1/3 cup, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Mark bowl, which is suitable for use in microwave.
Pour it into sugar, starch and cocoa.
Then slowly pour in the milk mixture, stirring well each time.
Put the bowl in the microwave and heat the mixture on high for 3 minutes.
Stir the thickened mixture, put back in the microwave and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes, then every minute of mixing thoroughly. It took me only 2 minutes to bring the mixture to the desired thickness.
Add mousse vanilla essence and mix.

Ready mousse put in ice-cream bowls, cover the top surface of the mousse with cling film to prevent the formation of crust.
Remove mousse in the fridge.
Serve cold.
Optionally, you can decorate with fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate.
