Ingredients for 4 servings:
Veal 400 g
Cabbage 500g
Figure ½ cup

Mushrooms 200 g
Garlic 1 clove

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Meat broth 1 liter

Instead of veal you can use pork instead of mushrooms — ceps, and instead of margarine — vegetable oil.
