Thin pancakes with milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Wheat flour — 400 g
Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
Eggs — 4 pcs.
Milk — 1 liter
Salt — a pinch
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, gradually enter the flour and salt.
2. Pour in the milk and gently stir until smooth.
3. Leave on for 20 minutes.
4. Add to the dough vegetable oil and fry pancakes on a strongly heated frying pan.
